Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Polyvia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
User Accounts and Subscription
Polyvia offers Free and Premium tiers. Free users can create 2 topics per day, while Premium users can create up to 10 topics and access custom topic features. All payments are processed via Apple App Store and managed through RevenueCat.
Billing and Cancellations
Premium subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple. To cancel or manage your subscription, you must use your Apple ID settings. Polyvia does not directly process refunds; these are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Polyvia uses artificial intelligence to generate language learning content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the generated text, translations, or topics are 100% error-free. The content is provided for educational purposes "as is".
Intellectual Property
All app design, logos, source code, and original content are the exclusive property of Polyvia. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.
Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the app, bypass subscription limits, or use the service for any automated data scraping or malicious activities.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Polyvia at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
Limitation of Liability
Polyvia is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from technical glitches, server downtime, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content. For technical issues, please contact our support team.
Changes to Service
We may modify or discontinue features of the app at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes to these Terms by updating the date on this page.
